Casie VanRuymbeke, Staffing Consultant

Casie joined the Express team in January of 2007.  She started as our Front Office Coordinator and quickly moved into the role of Staffing Consultant in March of the same year.  Casie attended the University of Western Ontario majoring in Honours Linguistics and French.  Casie believes in providing superior customer service and finding the right fit for both the client and associate.  In her spare time, Casie enjoys a good game of poker among family and friends. 

Leanne McDonagh, Staffing Consultant

In December of 2006 Leanne McDonagh became part of the Express Personnel team as their Business Development Specialist. After almost 15 years in the travel industry as a Travel Consultant as well as a Sales Manager for a Canadian tour company, she made a career change to join the staffing industry. Born and raised in Peterborough, Leanne also lived and worked in Vancouver, Toronto and London before moving to Sarnia two years ago.  

Barbara McGillivray, Staffing Consultant

Barbara has been with Express since April 2008. Schooled in Business Marketing and Corporate Communications/Public Relations, Barbara workerd as a communication officer in London, Ontario. She has taught English in South Korea before retruning to Sarnia to begin serving clients accross Sarnia Lambton.  Barbara currently works as a Staffing and Direct Hire Consultant and enjoys serving her many customers.

Jennifer Griffin, Business Developement Consultant

Jennifer has over 15 years of client development and employee management experience. She has held roles of Operations Manager overseeing 300 staff, Office Manager taking her to Alberta for 6 years and Outside Sales Consultant. Jennifer is an active participant in many local charitable events including fundraising for the Cancer Foundation and participating in the Race to Erase Hunger. She is experienced in all aspects of corporate management, recruiting, training and motivating people.  She enjoys planning large fundraising and team building events. Jennifer believes that is takes dedication to quality and the fine details to run a successful organization.

Melissa McManus Payroll & Office Administrator

Melissa has been with Express since September 2008. Originally from Sarnia, Melissa has lived in numerous cities accross Canada including London, Montreal and Vancouver. Her schooling is in photography from Fanshawe College in London. Melissa's main duties include Payroll and Office Administration. When not at work, Melissa enjoys shopping, reading, and crafts.
